He holds an M.B.B.S., M.D. (Paediatrics), M.B.A. (Hospital Administration), M.A. (Public Administration) and is also a Ph.D. scholar in Paediatrics. Over more than 25 years, he has served as a recognised undergraduate and postgraduate teacher, preparing medical students and research scholars for careers in healthcare and academics. In addition to supervising research and contributing to funded research projects and scholarly publications, Dr. Mhaske has been involved in medical education technology and is invited as an examiner for MBBS and MD/DCH programs at multiple universities, reflecting his deep engagement with academic standards and curriculum development.
On the administrative front, Dr. Mhaske has risen to prominent leadership roles within medical education. He currently serves as Dean and Professor (Paediatrics) at Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Medical College & Hospital, Ahilyanagar, where he oversees academic, research and clinical training activities of a large medical institution affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
