Book Publication Processes

Following are the steps for book publication:

  1. Submission: An author goes through the guidelines through the website and submits a manuscript to the publisher to initiate the procedure. The author needs to apply via a form (available on the website) in which all the eligibility queries have been asked for the Manuscript to be selected. If the form’s details filled in by the author seem suitable then the Manuscript is forwarded to the Editorial team for editorial evaluation.
  1. Editorial Scrutiny: The editorial team will check the format, body frame of content plagiarism, originality, Quality and scope of the book to determine whether it fits our publishing program and standards or not, if it is suitable then the book proposal gets accepted and moves to next step, if not then it gets rejected.
  1. Peer-Review: Accepted Manuscript moves forward and is assigned to expert professionals in the field for evaluation. These reviewers are typically scholars, researchers and subject specialists to the subject matter of the book. The commissioning editor will ensure that authors’ names and affiliations are removed from the manuscripts prior to assigning it for review. They carefully do scrutiny of the content and critically provide their feedback on its strengths, weaknesses, accuracy and overall quality. Based on feedback and suggestions received by the expert peer reviewers, the authors are asked to revise the content as per the suggestions and comments provided by the reviewers to improvise and proceed further. This may involve rewriting certain sections, providing clarity, table and a graphical representation, image clarifications, additional evidence or examples or other modifications to improve the content, coherence and scholarly rigour of the book.Once all the corrections and revisions are done by the author the manuscript content is forwarded to editorial board members to evaluate the corrections if they are satisfied the manuscript content goes to its final stage and if the editorial team rejects then further corrections and revisions need to be done.
  1. Acceptance and Agreement: The final decision will be taken by the commissioning editor for publication, following the selection of a book manuscript will forward for an agreement that contains provisions about our paperwork with the authors, copyright, the manuscript's delivery deadline, and other openly stated terms between us and the authors. If the author is a good negotiator, the commissioning editor will talk about moving forward with a final deal that works for both of us and the authors have to pay payment which was finalized at the time of proposal acceptance.
  1. Publication: If the manuscript is accepted copy will edited by the copy-editing team like typesetting, artwork, correction, finalisation, cover design and proofreading will be done by both the editorial team and authors to rectify all the grammatical errors and spelling checks before sending to publication. Compile an index from these proofs if not already prepared. Once the typesetter is created it will supply in digital formats. After the digital format copy is checked by the production editor, we will apply for ISBN by keeping all the authorized guidelines in mind. Once the publication receives the ISBN for the book then the book will be forwarded to printing and binding of the book and digital format will be published online in open access.
