This book is a compilation of all the complications related to fractures encompassing from wounds to scars. The book delves into 19 fracture complications in detail categorizing into immediate, early, and delayed/late ones. Dr. Arun Vashisht a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon, is presently serving as Professor and head of orthopaedic Department at National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, NH 334, Nalpur, Meerut. Formerly he has also served Subharti Medical College, Meerut on the same designation of Professor and head. He completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedics) from prestigious Government Medical College (LLRM Medical College) Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. During his orthopaedic carrier of about 40 years, he had been a thesis guide to many Postgraduate students. He has been involved actively in Meerut Orthopaedic Association and served as President and Secretary for many years. He has also served the Uttar Pradesh Chapter of Indian Orthopaedic Association on the post of Vice President. He is also contributing to the Indian Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery in the capacity of Associate Editorial Board Member. He is also reviewing “Annals of Geriatric Education and Medical Sciences” for the last several years. He has also authored a book entitled Orthopaedic Insight Series 1: Principles of Fracture Treatment”.
