Dr. L. V. Vigneshwaran is head of the department & Professor in Pharmaceutics at Malik Deenar College of Pharmacy, Kasaragod, Kerala, India. He did his M. Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from TN. Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, MBA in Human Resource Management from PRIST University, Thanjavur, his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) and Pursuing his Doctor of Science (D.Sc) from Sunrise University, Alwar. He is having a strong academic background with rich experience of more than 14 Years in Academics, 1 year in Formulation R & D and 1 year in Indian Government Organisation of NACO. He is the author of the Text book of modern Pharmaceutics and contributed several chapters for book including Elsevier & Springer Publishers.
He has published more than 55 research papers in various national and International journals of repute with good impact factors. Till yet he has filled three Indian Patients and awarded with two Indian design patient grant. He Has received “Distinguisted professor Award” from IPE society, Lucknow in association with pharmatutor in 2021 in recognition to outstanding contribution in the field of pharmacy education. As a person of greater commitment to research exploration in innovative phytopharmaceutical research, He is a recognized Ph.D Supervising guide in Department of Pharmaceutics in Kerala University of Health Sciences, Kerala, JJTU, Rajasthan and Sunrise University Rajasthan currently supervising seven students for their doctoral studies in Pharmacy.
